You have curated an incredible itinerary for your clients, but there is one more thing you can offer your clients that coincides with everything they want — mind blowing imagery that they will cherish forever!
Our photographers will enhance the trip by enabling your clients to enjoy every second, without the hassle of having to pull out their phones to capture fleeting moments. On top of that, they have the kind of emotional intelligence that will make the group feel at ease in front of the camera in order to get magazine quality images. For some clients there is a glamorous aspect to being followed around and showcased, and for others, it is the confidence in knowing that these moments are being documented by professionals. Either way, having their entire adventure captured so that they never have to stop enjoying a single moment, is the real gift.
As your clients share their adventures with their family and friends — the epic terrain, the relationships, the accommodations and gastronomy, the landscapes and the warm atmosphere — their photographs become your ads, and your clients become your sales force.

Safety We've worked on trips for years, and fully understand that safety is the number one priority. We never aim to get “the shot” at the expense of group safety. We are there to operate within your group, and fulfill all expectations within the guidelines you set. We never stray from this core principal. (Warren carries an OEC certification that he uses while working with Blackcomb Ski Patrol.)
Your program is our program We know that your schedule incorporates your expertise in timing, experience and delivery. If your client requests something that might interfere with your program, we bring it to the guide's attention before taking any action. We're different than the commercial ski magazine photographers you may be used to hosting, in that we can capture everything that we need within the framework of your program flow.
Integration Groups have different vibes, and our accommodating, friendly, composed but professional work ethic enables us to work with everyone. We can seamlessly embed ourselves into the group, with more or less visibility as desired, and we are adaptable if expectations change from day to day. The success we've achieved as photographers can be attributed in large part to our soft skills with clients of all ages and personalities.
Communication Much like our relationship with our clients, we are as hands-off or involved as you want us to be. Some partners want us to just show up and do our job. Others want us to communicate more extensively with their team to understand the operations so that we can creatively contribute to the program. We are open to any instructions and feedback that we are offered in order to make the relationship smooth and successful, and we pride ourselves on our flexibility in accommodating our partners' needs.
Images We capture all the aspects of your operation — the infrastructure, the guides, the staff, the food, the location. This narrative style of imagery drives home the unique experience you craft for your clients, but these images are for the sole use of your clients. That said, it is their option to grant permission for you to use them for your marketing materials. If the client agrees to allow you to use any of the images, we offer them to you at no cost.
Team-driven We respect how hard you've worked to create client relationships and our priority is to help you deliver a unique client experience to them. That means that beyond the images, we will do whatever we can to enhance your trip, whether that be filling guide helper roles or setting up a slide show on the last evening so that everyone leaves on a high note. We are nimble and can help in any way that will result in your customer’s positive takeaway.
Timing While we wish our availability was unlimited, there are just two of us. So please book us early so we can offer this exclusive service for your discerning clientele.
Costs We are open to learning more about your operation's specific financial requirements so that our partnership is mutually beneficial from a financial perspective. We have a standard day rate as well as options for custom packages.
